Sur les bobines à courant alternatif, l'intensité de courant durant la phase d'attraction est nettement plus élevée que durant la phase de maintien. Il est donc interdit d'utiliser ces bobines sans noyau magnétique en raison du danger de surchauffe susceptible de faire fondre la bobine. Il se produit un effet similaire en cas d'utilisation d'électrovannes avec des électro-aimants à courant alternatif à un rythme élevé de séquences marche/arrêt. C'est pourquoi les bobines sont souvent soumises à des intensités de courant élevées et sont également exposées aux surchauffes. Dans de tels cas d'application, nous recommandons d'employer des bobines RC avec prise redresseur.
En cas de bobines à courant continu, les phases de commutation peuvent entraîner des pics de tension très élevés. Nous recommandons par conséquent d'employer des connecteurs avec circuit de protection sur ces bobines.

Description

Le code comprend une bobine, un dissipateur thermique en deux parties et une plaque signalétique avec des fixations.
Pour les bobines magnétiques du type HK 230VAC S EMDV 60186, une prise redresseur doit être utilisée.
Les bobines de solénoïde de type HK 230VAC L EMDV 60191 ont un redresseur intégré dans la bobine.
